Winter Break Reading
During the winter break reading I have learned that representation specifically in media studies is the way aspects of society, such as gender, ethnicity, or age is presented to audiences.
Codes and Conventions
The scene has shown many demonstrations of codes and conventions such as visual elements in frame, auditory elements, character, and representation throughout the entire clip/scene. Many different camera angles were used throughout the scene to show he is in a hurry almost. Based on the scene you can assume that the character has a lot street knowledge and knows all of the "shortcuts" in his neighborhood. Due to this clip we can assume that the main character could be a troublemaker of some sort.
